The Jobs List

One of the most powerful features of the Enhanced Employer Profile is the Jobs List. The Jobs List allows employers to showcase all of their jobs within the Enhanced Profile - this tool makes it possible to advertise all of your available positions in one place for one price.

To access and edit your job list, select the Profile button from your employer dashboard.

From there, the Profile Jobs button will lead you to your job list edit page.

(To get the most out of your enhanced employer profile, you will want to utilize this profile job list function. The jobs that are entered and toggled to "open" in your profile job list will determine which of the Job Category Pages a profile will show up on across CoolWorks.)

Add and populate your job list via the red Add a Job button. Including starting wages, location details, and an abbreviated job description (a few short paragraphs are ideal) are necessary for this feature to work its best. Inserting a direct link to that job's landing page within your ATS is an optional add-on that will help the job seeker connect quickly with the inbound application funnel for that role. 

Each job needs to be input separately. Please do not group or clump together positions in one entry.

Once your job list has been created, use the Publish Job List toggle button in the right column to activate this feature on your Enhanced Profile. (See screenshot below.) 

*Make sure to use the Open/Close toggle buttons to control which positions show up on your Profile. Closing positions that have been filled or that you're not seeking to hire for drives interest and applicants towards the positions that you're looking to fill.  Remember to revisit and update those Open/Close jobs statuses as necessary at the beginning of each hiring cycle and as needs shift.
