Adding Jobs
To add a Job within a Department in your company's Staffing Center:
- Login to your Staffing Center Dashboard
- Scroll down to the Department you want to add a Job to, and click the + New Job link
- Fill in your Job's Name, Wage, and Job Description information (this is the information applicants will see when they browse your Job List)
- Click Create Job
Editing Jobs
To edit existing Jobs:
- Login to your Staffing Center Dashboard
- Scroll down to the Department that contains the Job you wish to edit
- Click on the Job name
From the Job page, you can make the following edits:
- Edit the Job's Name, Wage, and Job Description by clicking the Edit Job link underneath the Job name
- Edit the job-specific questions by clicking the Edit Questions link underneath the Job name
- Add new Positions by clicking +Add Positions in the Positions section
- Edit or remove existing Positions by clicking the Edit link next to the position you'd like to revise
