When you log in to your Staffing Center, you'll start on the Dashboard, your centralized launchpad from where you can access all of your Staffing Center features. The following is a brief overview of each section of the Dashboard.
Company Information
At the top, you'll see your company name, a link to edit your company settings, and a links to view your Job Application and Job List as applicants and visitors to your hiring pages see them.

Here you will able to view the most recent messages you've received on individual applications. Click on the subject line to the view the actual message, click the Applicant name to go to view individual application, and click "More" to view more recent messages.
Applicants
The Applicants section allows you to quickly jump to applicants based on preset status filters. These screening tools are defined as follows:
- All apps - displays All Applicants that have not been archived
- Active apps - displays applicants whose status is New, In Review, or Offered
- Hired apps - displays applicants who have been designated as Hired
- Declined apps - displays applicants who have been Declined
- # apps awaiting final review - Displays applicants who have been declined from their first, second, and/or third job choices, and can still be assigned to a different job, or declined for all jobs
- Archived apps - displays all applications that you have set to Archived
Departments, Jobs, and Positions Overview
The remainder of the Dashboard allows you to view all of your Departments, Jobs, and Positions along with a count of all of the applications in each assigned status for your Jobs. Most organizations group their Jobs into Departments (for example, Servers, Bussers, Hosts might be grouped into a F&B - Front of House Department). Organizing your jobs into Departments is especially helpful in the Staffing Center because it helps keep your positions organized and allows you to grant members of different Departments permission to access those Departments' applications.
As you scroll through the different Departments, you'll see rows of your different Jobs (Front Desk, Housekeeper, Retail, etc.) and columns displaying totals for application statuses, unfilled positions, and total positions.
Clicking on any of the numbers in the Application Status columns (New, In Review, Reject, Offer, Hired, and Declined) will take you to a filtered search view displaying only those applications.
The Unfilled Positions and Total Positions columns offer a useful quick glimpse of how far along you are in hiring all your staff for the season. Positions represent the number of any particular job you're aiming to fill. For example, if you hire eight housekeepers for the season, you would create 8 Positions within the Job housekeeper. As you move an applicant for the Job housekeeper to the Hired status, your number of unfilled housekeeper Positions will decrease by one.
