Every Individual Job Ad and Enhanced Employer Profile provides a space for employers to link directly to their online job application or employment landing page so that job seekers can easily jump straight to applying for your open positions. This article covers how to update that Apply Now link to ensure that applicants are being directed to the correct location.
For Help Wanted and Highlighted Job Ads
When you're posting a Help Wanted or Highlighted Job Ad, there is a section in the Job Posting tool called "How to Apply" where you can input application instructions for job seekers. Under this section, look for the Online Job App field, and paste in the URL where you would like to direct job seekers to apply.
To edit the Apply Now link for an Ad you've already posted:
- Log in to your CoolWorks Dashboard
- Click Job Posts
- Click on the title of the Ad you wish to edit
- Click the purple Edit button
- Scroll down to the How to Apply section
- Paste your new Apply Now link into the Online Job App field
- Click Save
For Enhanced Employer Profiles
If you're running an Enhanced Employer Profile, your Apply Now link lives in the Basic Profile section of your Employer Dashboard. To update your Apply Now link:
- Log in to your CoolWorks Dashboard
- Click Profile
- Click Basic Profile in the sub-menu
- Srcoll down and click on the URL in the Link to Your Online Job App field
- Paste in the URL for your new Apply Now link
- Click the ✓ icon to save your changes
