CoolWorks uses Stripe for all of our billing and payments. In order to view your billing and payment history, follow these steps:
- Login to your CoolWorks Dashboard.
- Select Account from the menu bar
- Click Edit Billing Info button to edit your billing contact info
- Scroll down to the Recent Invoice to view recent charges
- Click View Invoice to view charges from the last 24 months
If you need access to older charges, reach out to help@coolworks.com.
