The Employer Dashboard is your central hub for managing your CoolWorks account. Whether adding photos, editing your Profile, or posting jobs, just about any action you need to take starts from your dashboard. Let's take a look!
When you log into your dashboard, you'll notice 5 buttons in the menu bar under your company name. Here's a brief description of what each of them does:
- Ad Dashboard is a quick place to manage your Advertising products, Photos, and access Help & Resources
- Job Ads is where to go to post a Help Wanted or Highlighted Job, view active and previous posts, and re-post jobs that you've posted in the past
- Profile takes you to the Profile Manager where you can manage your Company Overview and Details, or edit, preview, and activate your Enhanced Employer Profile. Every CoolWorks' employer has a Company Overview, and many employers use our robust Enhanced Profile as the cornerstone of their recruiting strategy. Edits and settings for both can be accessed here.
- Job List - If you use the Enhanced Employer Profile, the Job List allows you to add all of your company's jobs, and toggle them Open/Closed to change their visibility on the site and direct traffic to the positions you're actively hiring for. This is one of the most valuable features of the Enhanced Employer Profile, and the Job List tab is where you can add, edit, delete, and organize your Jobs.

Account is where you edit your Billing Contact info, manage the users who have access to your CoolWorks account, and view your invoices and billing history.
