Occasionally, you may want to pause your Ad or Profile before it has reached the end of its term, either because you've filled the position, or for whatever reason you no longer want to receive job seeker inquiries. You can pause an Ad or Profile at any time by following the steps below.
To pause your Enhanced Employer Profile:
- Log in to your account.
- From your Dashboard, click the Profile button in the top menu bar.
- From the Profile page, select Enhanced Profile from the sub-menu bar.
- Click the orange Pause button.
To pause a Help Wanted or Highlighted Job post:
- Log in to your account.
- From your Dashboard, scroll down to the Job Posts section. (Alternatively, click on the Job Posts button.)
- Locate the Job Post you would like to pause
- Click on the post title
- Click the orange Pause button.
That’s all there is to it!
We hope that when you want need to pause a listing, it's because you found a great applicant quicker than you expected!
Please Note, when you pause a Profile or Ad, it will still expire on it’s original expiration date. Pausing it will not extend the expiration date, nor will credit/refunds be given for the unused time on your listing.
